Services suspended

Help me please my services were cut off this morning due to non payment I called the payment line and paid more than what it said I needed to to get my services back up and running however my services still haven't come back online I have a 4year old and a 2 year old going out of their minds I've also got a newborn with colic and no car so can't even take them out!!

Not sure what the usual time is for them to resume service, you might have to ring in and query.

it can take up to 24 hours for services to be restored, but if you contact customer services they can bring it forward
