Service suspended

Can anyone advise?
My services have just been suspended as my bill was 2 weeks over due. I had the money to pay but completely forgot. I went onto my account and the bill was £92 + £10 late charge.
But
Because my new bill had been produced it was saying £179 DUE NOW
The other 77 wasn't supposed to be due until march 14th? I have paid the £102 so will it be resumed or do I have to pay march 14ths bill too?

hiya @Hegarty1310 welcome to the virginmedia community forum, sadly this forum isn't monitored by customer service billing dept, you would really need to have a chat with customer services via 150 / 0345 454 1111 onine chat http://contact.virginmedia.com (using PC/laptop) they'll be able to advise on amount to bring services back online, with the reactivation of services it can take anything from a few hours to 24hrs.
