i community! Can anyone help explain why my mother's initial confirmation under "My Package" for new line and BB service (not yet installed) states "You don't have any broadband services in your package". We have received email confirmation that we are at 50Mbs etc? I have tried to call but queues are massive and cannot find a relevant post. Apologies if I have either raised this in the wrong forum area or not seen the answer. I attached screen captures - can I safely assume this is just a confusing statement and it will update in due course?
I had the same concern. This is a stupid way of logging an installation and will create needless worry as well as wasting Virgin's time with calls from worried customers. Why can't it be changed to either show all services will be connected on the installation day or show none of them. Currently it will show tv and phone being installed but no broadband. Which is frankly idiotic.
