Why have I got secondary account when I try to login when I have always been the account holder and no other names have ever been entered?? I can't access my account and I need it fixing quickly!

Otherwise, ring 150 from a VM phone / 0345 454 1111 and ask for the required username details. Or even ask via the Webchat's account and billing section from a laptop or desktop.
