I returned my Virgin Media router via Collect + about 10 days ago, but have received an email saying it hasn't been received and will be charged £40 in 9 days.
Unfortunately, I've lost the Collect + receipt, so no tracking number.
Can VM help? I assume the original paperwork has the tracking number on it...?

I'm sorry to hear that you have received an email advising that we need the equipment back.
Since you posted, I've checked the account and it looks as though we've received the equipment back and the charge has been cancelled.
Going forward, if you ever need to send equipment back again, make sure you keep the receipt safe until it's been confirmed we've received it back
