I joined Virgin in September 2016 and I'm still waiting for my reward vouchers. I have called the office more than 7 times just regarding this issue and no one seems to know how to resolve it.The customer service is very bad they just keep telling me manager will call you and no one ever does. I have had enough from Virgin from day one everything has been a hassle. I left sky thinking they were bad but no virgin is worse.Soon as my contract is up I'm going back to sky cause it's just not worth the time and effort Reply 0
Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
