Returning the equipment

Hello,

I have cancelled my entire package of TV, broadband and phone back in December and all services have been disconnected at my address since 6th Jan bit I still haven't received any email or letter on how and where and what equipment I have to return. I'm not making a phone call to customer service as last time I was called names and verbally insulted by call handler.
Any help here please?

Thanks for posting JJ and apologies for the bother experienced.

 

I've had a look into this and we would only require the return of the TV equipment at present.

 

I've sent you a private message in order for us to confirm where you would like us to send this package for you.
