Which hub type is it? If is a Superhub 1 (VMDG480) / Superhub 2 (VMDG485) / Superhub 2 AC (VMDG490) then those aren't wanted back, hence the reason no return label was included.
However, of it is a spare hub 3.0 (VMDG505) you have, then contact customer services by ringing 150 from a VM phone / 0345 454 1111 from any phone -> Option 1 -> Confirm your details -> Option 4 -> Option 1. Ask them to send out a collect+ label to you. Alternatively, ask via the Webchat using a laptop or desktop. Go with any of the sub-options under account and billing then chat online. If the agents are busy, reload the page every three minutes and check again, repeatedly, until you get through to an agent.
