Returning equipment

I have recently left Virgin and wish to return 2 Tivo boxes & a hub. You sent me return packaging but it was the wrong pack so I called you & explained that I needed different packaging. I have now been sent 2 lots of the wrong packaging!! 

According to the leaflet that was with the packaging I should have "2xcard with a film attached to it" & "1x Foldable outer box" for the 2 Tivo boxes. I have neither.

I am quite happy to send the boxes back in just the plastic bag but that means there is no protection & they could get damaged in transit and then you would charge me for that!

Can you please send me the correct packaging!

Many thanks for letting us know about this GaryR2 and apologies for the bother experienced. Smiley Sad

 

I have sent out three lots of the correct returns packaging that we're currently using at present for this type of thing.

 

These should arrive within 3-5 working days. 

 

Once packed, you can then take the equipment to your local Collect Plus store.
