Returning TiVo box

Hi

I downgraded my package and removed the TV services, was told prepaid box would be sent for the return of the TiVo box.

My new package commenced from 1st February and it's been 3 weeks since I cancelled old contract and signed new one.

When should I expect the box to arrive to return the equipment? I'd ring but I've no idea which option to select.

If anyone could advise I'd be most appreciative.

I took my old equipment to my local VirginMedia store and they got rid of it for me. Also most Virginmedia engineers will happily take it from you and get rid if you see one in your street

same here been waiting nearly a month for return packaging , it's ten days since i chased it up using 150 i selected billing when calling but still no packaging email said 10 days so i will have to phone again if it's not here soon. Smiley Indifferent
