Returning Equipment

Have finally cancelled my contract for Virgin Media, Phone/TV & Broadband on 22nd December 2016.  Have asked company to send relevant paperwork for return of equipment but nothing so far received or heard back.

What can be done?

Depends on the kit, how old is it, if you have a superhub 1 they wont want it back, i believe the same applies for the SH2 (not the SH2ac) and the really old virgin boxes as they don't actually refurb them, let us know exactly what kit you have and i'm sure one of the supers will be able to advise Smiley Tongue

I've looked into this and it does appear that we do not require the return of all the equipment.
