Returning Equipment

I have received a TIVO box and want to return my old box and cables. I have not received any labels. Do I just hand it in to recycle centre without any address labels or will Virgin then ask me to pay for the equipment I failed to return? Can anyone advise?

Only TiVO/V6 & Superhub 3's are return items now. Any other equipment can be taken to your local authorities recycling centre.
