Returning Equipment

Can anyone at VM please tell me why I am getting messages threatening to charge me for not returning equipment "by following the instructions they sent me"...even though I received no instructions? I didn't even request the gear. I am happy to trek out to Collect+ (although you used to send someone round to collect it...) but where can I find the instructions? I don't have the patience to call and be put on hold for forever or to search high and low for what 'may be' the right answer. Thanks.

My apologies that no pack has been sent to you.

I can see one of my colleagues arranged today for this to be sent to you via the post in the next 7 working days.
