Hello, I have recently cancelled my services with Virgin (TV, phone & Broadband).
I am still in possession of a Superhub, a Tivio and a V+ box. I was told at the time of cancellation that I would receive a cardboard box to place the equipment in, and that I then had to drop this into a local convenience store. That's fine, don't mind doing that at all.
I haven't received the box yet and I want to return your equipment asap as I don't want to be responsible for it for much longer, and it's taking up valuable storage space.
You'll get a returns pack mailed out after the scheduled disconnection date for your account (can take 7 to 10 working days to arrive after being sent out), along with any final bill if one is applicable.
Hub wise, only the hub 3 is wanted back. V+s aren't wanted back, but a TiVo would be wanted back.
