Retiring old equipment

I have now asked 5 time for Virgin Useless Media to send me packaging to return my old rubbish Tivo Box, when I said I would take it up the dump they said they would sue me if I did. Anyone know how to get packaging from Virgin Useless Media.

Also any ideas on how to stop my rubbish Tivo box from freezing every 5 minutes, its only a year old

Despite a promise to send me the stuff to return the Useless Virgin Media Tivo boxes I have surprise surprise nothing has arrived after 3 weeks

Oh well off to the dump this afternoon with all the useless Virgin media kit I have clogging up my house
