Responses To A Customer Complaint - Damage To Property

Hello I hope anyone can help me as I just do not know where to turn. I made a complaint due to being mis-sold, missed engineer appointments, damage to my property and my neighbours properties once installed, having no wi-fi or landline for 2 weeks and no-one wants to help.

I have emailed numerous times, written complaint letters and made over 30 calls on my mobile during work time and still no-one wants to help. Where can I now take my complaint? I have even emailed the CEO Tom Mockridge

I would love it if anyone can help me

Regards Yasir Khan

Re: Responses To A Customer Complaint - Damage To Property

hiya @yasirkhan65 welcome to the virginmedia community forum, best to start with the virginmedia complaint process -> http://store.virginmedia.com/content/dam/eSales/Downloads/Consumer%20Complaint%20Code%20of%20Practic... reading your post you've covered sections 1 and 2, so could jump to stage 3.. other option would be sending a record delivery deadlock letter http://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/letter/letter-of-deadlock-request-before-going-to-the-ombudsm... before doing stage 3.
hope this helps
