could a possibly request a new router please. The one i have got is damaged. It was knocked off the shelf by a builder and is damaged. Thank you.
Also. The cover box on the outside. The brown box. Could this be replaced with a new one. Its looking very brittle and tatty. Got cracks in it. Been on for 16 years.
