Request a new router

hi,

could a possibly request a new router please.  The one i have got is damaged. It was knocked off the shelf by a builder and is damaged.   Thank you.

Also. The cover box on the outside. The brown box.  Could this be replaced with a new one.  Its looking very brittle and tatty.  Got cracks in it.  Been on for 16 years.

Could I request the new hub 3 which is great for wi fi. Just upgraded so would like to upgrade hub too.

To upgrade your hub you will need to speak to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111. They will be able to go through the process with you.
