Replacement Netflix Code?

I've realised I never received the free Netflix code (already have Netflix) when first joined Virgin.  Have tried to get one sent but have been told as it's past 6 months it's no longer valid - can this be right if it was never sent in the first place?  Have tried Customer Services but told its not their issue, need to speak to rewards?  Help!

Its no longer vaild. The offer codes expired in decemeber so whether you had one or not that was teh cut off point for using them
