I have moved house without using virgin at the new house and I have £29 credit remaining. I am not sure whether I provided a forwarding address and I am worried how I will get the cheque they send. Will they have definitely taken a new address or is there any way of adding one to the account?

We send a cheque with your refund 35 days after the account has been disconnected. This is sent to the account address unless the account holder instructs us different.
