I've taken a look at the account and can see there is a refund due. A cheque is usually processed after 35 days has passed of the account being disconnected. This is to ensure you've not accrued any charges from calls or pay per view content.
Once the 35 days from disconnection has passed, we'll arrange for a cheque to be sent to your address. If you've still not received this within 14 days, let us know and we can chase it for you.
