My service was terminated on 22/12/17. The person categorically said I did not return the equipment as it was "obsolete" and that I should "...put it my blue recycling bin," for small electrical items. My account is in credit by over £60+. As of today, 06/02/18, still no refund. Who can I complain to to get this sorted ASAP?
It is very disappointing to learn you are still waiting on your refund. This is usually sent out to you 35 days after the date of disconnection and can then take a further few days for it to arrive so I would've hoped you'd have received it by now!
