Refer a friend

Hello,

I became a customer through the refer a friend promotion, however, this has not been deducted from my first bill.  I am sure I have followed all the guidelines to qualify for this promotion and even discussed this with the installer.

Unfortunately I am not able to use the phone to contact customer service.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :-)

hiya @Katjav welcome to the virginmedia community forum, this is normally applied to your friends account the referred you after you've paid your first bill, since this more than likely will require contact with customer services you can do this via online chat @ http://contact.virignmedia.com (using PC/laptop)
