new-ish customer and first time poster.
Got VM installed as soon as they had cabled my street. Two months later I refer my friend who is moving to a VM-enabled area.
Friend gets VM installed, no problems there.
No refer-a-friend credits applied, so I phone VM. They have no record of the refer a friend referral on either account. Was told someone would look into it and get back to me.
No one got back to me
What are my next steps?

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you've not received your refer a friend credit.
The process is really strict and you need to make sure both you and the person you refer are following it to the letter.
I've taken a look at the account and I'm not seeing any link from your account to show a referral has been made.
We'll need to look a little deeper into this so please give us a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111. We can take details of the referred account and work backwards from there
