Received paper bill, website says I am registered for ebilling

Hi,

I just received a paper bill in the post and was charged £1.75 for receiving it. I cannot change to e-billing as the website says I am already on e-billing and saving £1.75.

What can I do about this?

Hi Emmrargh,

contact Virgin Media customer services on 150 free from a Virgin Media line, 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

Point this out to them, make it clear that you don't want paper bills and assumed you were receiving e-bills (as your account says so) and ask that they refund you the £1.75.

Let us know how you get on Smiley Happy

Hi Emmrargh,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you here in the Community.

I've taken a look at your account and currently e-billing isn't showing as selected. Can you try again via My Virgin Media.

Come back and let me know how it goes.

Thanks,
