It's always best to phone them up on 0345 454 1111 from any phone (or 150 from a vm phone) as this is the quickest way to resolve any issue, explain that you've not long left them and you've received a final bill that you cannot view, give them your old account details and they can check and tell you the details of the bill you cannot view, however, if you still require a paper version then you can request one be sent out to you, but they will more than likely charge you about £5 for it(admin/handling fee). I wouldn't waste time with the web chat option either as you'd grow a beard in the time it takes for one of them to become available.
