Really fed up now of paying so much

Really fed up now of paying so much, which is a shame as I was happy with the service but it has gotten  to expensive to stay, why do companies out price them selves and loose good customers. all ways good deals for new customers with Virgin but old ones are just forgottenSmiley Sad  looks like utility warehouse will be getting all my services in future Cat Sad

hiya @di1604 this is the same practical across the board with ISP's, when you joined virignmedia would have got some sort of discount for x months, some freebie etc. if virginmedia gave the same offer to existing customer as new customers, the prices would massively increase to cover the lost revenue. you could haggle with customer relations choosing option 4-5 (thinking of leaving us) when calling via 150/0345 454 1111 more than likely this would trigger a contract renewal for 12 months
