We had a price increase in November, so why has my bill increased this month? I wasn't aware of another increase!

Are you either a recent, new customer or a customer with a Retentions deal that has a discount for a fixed period that has come to an end?

I have been with them for years, it's confusing as on my statement it's got loyalty discount which ends 26th January and I didn't know that I was getting this, I am on a new contract to try and keep costs down.

A loyalty discount is not forever. Look at your contract and it will confirm that it ends as you have found out. You need to re-negotiate and start a new minimum contract period with a new, limited period, loyalty discount.
