Its to late to edit you post now, Ive flagged for the moderators to remove your personal details. In the meantime Ill move your original  post to a holding area as you dont want every weirdo on the Internets having your mobile number and email address.

Im not going to answer your question for two reasons...

  1. I dont work for VM
  2. They dont deal with account issues on here anyway, so youll need to call in on 150...
