Proper complaints phone number

Had massive problem with installation. No internet for 6-8 weeks on virgins advice to cancel not getting anywhere with complaints through customer service. Told to buy a dongle rubbish service!!! Has someone got a phone number to call relating to this please.

Apologies to hear you've been having an issue with your internet. To speak to someone regarding your complaint, the number is 150 / 0345 454 1111. All our agents are trained to resolve complaints and if you're still unhappy you can escalate via our complaints code of practice found here: Code Of Practice
