Precontract issue

So problem is, I payed a 25 pounds in advance with my precontract(was told I would get them back if I decided I do not want to proceed)
I signed the contract and now I have internet connections, all is good apart from the fact that those 25 pounds do not appear to be in my balance online, as I was told. What is to be done?

I appreciate you have paid the £25 in advance and this should have applied to your account by now.

I have raised this to our Sales Support teams to chase the payment to get this applied to your account as a payment credit as soon as they can.

I'll keep you posted on this once this is completed.
