Pre-paid returning box

My account is disconnected on 28th of Jan because I am leaving from UK.

Unfortunately, my schedule is changed and I am away from UK earlier (19th of Jan).

So, I am worry about returning equipment.

Question) If I don't receive the returning box on time (until 18th of Jan), is there any method to return my equipment? (like return the virgin branch in person)

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community. It's really great having you on board with us even though you are leaving soon. 

 

The returns pack usually gets sent with your final bill. This is received around 3 - 5 days after disconnection. As you're moving abroad do you have a friend or family member we can send the returns pack to instead?

Thank you for your reply.

When I discuss this through web chat on 12th of Jan, I heard that I don't need to return the equipment. 

So could you check it? and If I need to return, I ask my friend for returning the equipment instead of me.
