I have been trying to cancel my deal as I am within my 14 days cooling off period. Having tried customer service and live chat I keep getting directed to the pre-installation team however I can never get through and am on hold for ages.
Is there a way of cancelling online?

My apologies but the only way to do this is to contact the teams via 0345 454 1111 and our Care teams will pop you through to them to discuss and arrange this.
I can see since you posted you have spoken to the teams which is good news.
