25 + years with Virgin media and this is how I get treated . Can't supply a land line Now trying to charge me extortionate price For just broadband. Well I have no signed contract as waiting for phone service. So stuff you robbers SKY looks the real deal !!

Depending on how long you've been with us and the circumstances on why we were unable to install you will depend on if there are any charges. I can't imagine there would be however it's always worth checking.
