Poor service

25 + years with Virgin media and this is how I get treated .
Can't supply a land line
Now trying to charge me extortionate price
For just broadband.
Well I have no signed contract as waiting for phone service. So stuff you robbers
SKY looks the real deal !!

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that we're not able to install a phone line for you. 

 

Usually whenever you have more than one service, you get a discount so even if we're not able to install it, having one service means you lose this discount and go on to a solo deal. 

 

We really hope you change your mind and stick with us however understand you need to do what's right for yourself.

I want to terminate my contract. because you can't provide the services you promised when I requested you move my services on my house move.

As I understand there will be no charge as I haven't entered into a new contract.

This is a question you would need to direct to the Relations team on 150 / 0345 454 1111.

 

Depending on how long you've been with us and the circumstances on why we were unable to install you will depend on if there are any charges. I can't imagine there would be however it's always worth checking.
