Poor customer service

Poor customer service!! Cancelled account without informing me. I was signing up to become a customer & was awaiting installation, they cancelled the install & said they would be back to me within 5 days to rearrange. 1 week later, nothing. Even though they claim to have called, I have no missed calls. Ridiculous treatment of new customers
