Poor Customer Service

I've been on the phone numerous times over the weekend trying to speak to someone regarding my account and after 15/20 minutes each time of being on hold I get cut off without speaking to anyone.

I need to speak to someone regarding my account as I'm thinking of leaving but wanted to give Virgin a chance to discuss my account but I am now thinking of cancelling and moving to a new provider.

If someone could get in touch with me as soon as possible to discuss this. I will call again tomorrow to try and sort this issue.

There may be a package that suits you better and helps keep your costs down. To take a look at this it would be great if you could give virgin a call on 150 or 0345 454 1111 on option 4 -> option 5. Weekday between 8AM to 8PM. or a Saturday, between 8AM to 6PM (closed Sunday.) They would be happy to help you get the best out of your services
