In many ways:
A. Check a bill you have, it will list the offer period B. Check your e-contract copy C. Call customer services and ask. For mobiles ring 789 or 150 from the mobile or 0345 600 0789 any other phone and ask via the billing menu option. For Broadband/TV/Phone ring 150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any line. D. Ask via the WebChat using a laptop or desktop using an appropriate main option then sub option next click Chat online. Most sub menu options have a chat online option. Reload the page every three minutes and check again until you get through to agent.
