I cant get anywhere with trying to figure things out or get any help.
I signed up for a new phone with virgin they emailed me saying it went through and they needed some more information and gave me a number to call. I cant call because I dont have a phone and everyone I talk to just keeps giving me more numbers to call.
I tried the help option and the live web chat but that didnt help and I cant understand the layout or where I would find the help I need. This is stressing me out and im struggling if I cant get help for virgin I have to look somewhere else but I liked virgin and the deals are the best ive found
