Phone cut off 10/3/17 should be 19/03/17 reason please

I'm due to have my virgin TVs and phone taken out on 19/03/17 I'm just keeping the broadband. Is there any reason why you have cut the phone of on the 10/03/17

If it required work at your cabinet to disconnect the physical cabling then it may have been booked in at a time where an engineer would be present.  You shouldn't be charged though for the additional days and should only be billed for your phone services up to 10/03/2017.

Virgin Media staff do respond to messages on this public forum but can take around a week at times to respond.  If you want confirmation from Virgin Media before this then you may want to give them a call or try out their Live Chat facility.
