Payment after cancellation

After cancelling virgin media package how long do you get to pay the final bill?

Hi laurz925,

 

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're leaving Virgin Media. Anything we can do to change your mind? 

 

Once your account is disconnected and your final bill produced, you need to pay the balance as soon as possible. If we've not received payment within 30 days it then gets transferred to our Collections department.
