Package change

I've just changed our package from the 130+ M one to the 190+ fun one. I was just wondering how long it takes for the change to take effect? I couldnt find the answer on the site and the person I spoke to couldn't tell me either!

If done online or not actioned by an agent (when calling in to request it): up to 2 working days max, though usually about 1

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. 

 

As mentioned by Shelke, it really depends on how you upgrade. 

 

More often that not, any changes are activated within 48 hours. The exception to this being if you've ordered new equipment. If you have, the new package will become active as soon as you activate the new equipment Smiley Happy
