PAC

I was given a PAC code for my phone yesterday, which was correctly entered on the new system, but the number hasn't been transferred.  I thought it had to be done within 24 hours.  what do I do now?

The change can be any time on the transfer day, it's not a maximum of 24 hours after you have Virgin Media the PAC.
