Overpaid my bill

My bill was collected by direct debit and was higher then my contract says. I notice the bill was too high before payment. I did conversation on the chat and someone promised me to fix it and did not. No answer for my email. Is it the way that Virgin deal with the Customers?

What is the price on your contract?
When did it start?
What were you billed?

My price is £18 .
The contract just started then I had to pay for 2 months.
I paid £68.

So looks like a charge of £50 for something.


Does your bill state anything on it that would be that?
