Usually whenever there is an issue viewing Pay Per View content, you need to call us right away to let us know you've had difficulties viewing it. Any reports afterwards may not get you the refund as we're unable to get things put right.
You'll need to speak to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 either way. Explain the circumstances and let them know why you didn't call before hand and they will do what they can to help.
