Overcharged after cancellation

I cancelled during November, after latest price hike, thus no cancellation fees due.

I have since been billed for services in December & January - how do I get a refund?

Appreciate you getting in touch with us, shame it is under such circumstances. It's disappointing to learn you're still being charged for the services. 

I am sure this can get sorted out pretty quickly for you, give us a call on 0345 454 1111 and we'll then be able to access your account and look in to this closer for you.
