Over my limit

I'm not very happy. I've been told my account is locked because I've gone over my 130 limit. The reason I've gone over this is because I have upgraded my box to the v6 and had to pay 60+ pound on top of my normal 73 pound. I've been a customer for 2 years and have never been late with a payment infact every payment I make is before the 16th when my bill is due. I'm really not impressed and considering switching to sky after this you can't expect people to stay if you do this to them for being good customers
