Outstanding Refund

Dear Virgin

Notified Customer Services that I wanted to cancel my TV service on 25th August. Service should have been disconnected on 26th September, I called beginning of October concerned that I had received a bill, to be told my account had not been deactivated! This was then actioned on 8th October

I returned all equipment and the post office shows receipt of this on 20th October, I am still waiting for my refund. Where is it?

Perhaps someone can private message me as the last time I tried calling I was waiting for nearly 40mins!

Welcome to the Community, I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you've been experiencing lately.

 

I've been able to locate your account and can see that it's been closed, with situations like this anything that's in credit on your account will be sent to you via cheque up to a maximum of 6 weeks from when the account was closed.
