Hi all, first time poster here. Can you please advise me. I cancelled my virgin broadband and am in my 1 month notice period. I recieved a call and good offer from the retention team. As i was at work i told them tocallme the following day. Iv heard nothing. I have called the inbound retention team who have kindly left messages for the outbound team. But no return calls yet. I have been told it is not "possible" to be put through to outbound team. I find this hard to believe and very frustrating as a long time virgin customer. Any advice ladies and gents?
