There's no guarantee you'll get a call. After all, you did cancel stating the price increase as a reason and your wish to not pay cancellation charges.
You can't expect the same deal as a new customer and you can't become a new customer immediately, having just cancelled.
You can cancel your cancellation and continue with price increase or accept what you're offered with a new minimum contract period.
