Tried to order the Hub 3.0 (which I don't really want but have to get) but the program will not accept my order because I do not have a mobile phone number to give. I gave my email why isn't that enough?

I'm sorry to hear that your order hasn't been accepted due to not being able to enter a mobile number. Do you have a landline number you can enter instead?
If not then speak to the team via Web chat here: Contact Us and follow the options for: Buying or Upgrading > Upgrade my Broadband package > Chat Online
The team there can process the upgrade for you.
