Online chat facility

Any particular reason the above facility constantly showing "All of our agents are currently busy. Please try again later"? 

Regardless of time or day????

Because there are only so many agents and lots of people with issues.

The phones are the preferred method of VM to get through to someone as that is where their resources are concentrated.
